As a passenger, you can cancel a confirmed seat on a ride on the ride booking on your profile.
More than 24 hours before departure: Free of charge.
Between 24 and 3 hours before departure: 50% of the ride price.
Less than 3 hours before departure: 100% of the ride price.
The cancellation policy applies only to confirmed bookings. Pending requests can always be cancelled free of charge.
When the booking is accepted, the amount will be charged to your payment card. The payment is transferred to the driver only 24 hours after the ride has taken place.
If the ride is cancelled before it takes place, the amount will be refunded to your bank account. The refund will be processed within 1-2 banking days, depending on your bank and its refund processing time.
In case of cancellation of a partial route, the original starting time of the ride will be considered, not the pick-up time of the partial route.
