Managing a rental car can be much easier with a little help. That is why Amovens offers the co-host feature, allowing you to share the administrative duties of managing your rental car. Whether it is handling bookings, communicating with renters, or managing the day-to-day tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, a co-host can help lighten the load.
A co-host is someone you choose to help manage your rental listings on Amovens. This could be a cleaning assistant who accesses Keyless cars, a partner helping with bookings and messages, or anyone else you trust to assist with the operations of your rental car.
You can assign two different levels of access to your co-hosts:
Limited access: Allows co-hosts to perform specific tasks without full control over the account.
Standard access: Provides co-hosts with broader capabilities to manage the rentals.
Adding a co-host is simple. Here is how you can do it:
Navigate to co-hosts: Go to 'Your Cars' -> 'Co-Hosts' in your Amovens account.
Add by email: Enter the email address associated with your co-host’s active Amovens account. If your co-host does not yet have an account, they will need to create one first.
Trust and security: Only add co-hosts you know and trust. You can change or revoke their access at any time.
You can track the activities of your co-hosts to ensure they are managing the responsibilities as expected. This feature allows you to see updates made to your car’s profile, such as changes to photos or calendar updates, providing transparency and maintaining control over your rental management.
Efficiency: Co-hosts can help manage your bookings more efficiently, ensuring quick responses and up-to-date calendars.
Convenience: With a co-host, you can ensure your car is ready for each renter without being personally present for every handover.
Flexibility: Sharing the workload allows you to scale your rental business without sacrificing quality of service or personal time.
By leveraging the co-host feature on Amovens, you can enhance the management of your rental cars, making the process smoother and more efficient. Whether you are looking to expand your rental business or simply need some assistance with the existing workload, a co-host can be an invaluable resource.
