Both renters and owners are subject to cancellation fees if they cancel an accepted booking. These fees are designed to compensate the other party for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
The cancellation policy only applies to confirmed bookings.
If a booking request is cancelled before it is accepted, the payment is not processed and we do not make any charges to your payment card.
Timing: Refunds of renter payments are typically processed within 1-5 banking days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please note that Amovens is not able to speed up this process, as it depends on your bank.
Cancellation fee: In case a cancellation fee apply to your cancellation as a renter, we refund the booking price after deducting the cancellation fee. If you cancel a booking as a car owner, we charge the cancellation fee on your Amovens account.
