When something seems suspicious, you can report people and cars on Amovens. You also have the option to block people from communicating with you. Amovens Support will review the information and take action if necessary.
What you should report
- Scams or suspicious behaviour.
- Discriminatory or offensive content.
- Inaccurate or misleading content.
- Anything else that you believe Amovens Support should be aware of.
What you shouldn't report
- Bugs or technical issues. Instead you can contact Amovens Support through our Help Center.
How to submit a report
Simply tap the Report button and follow the steps provided. If you are reporting a user you will also have the option to block them.
- From a user profile: Tap the Report button at the bottom of the page.
- From a car profile: Tap the Report button at the bottom of the page.
- Messages: Tap the three dot icon on the upper right side of the page and tap Report.
What happens when you submit a report
Amovens Support will review the information you provide and take action if necessary. You will be contacted if more clarification is needed or if there are important updates to your report.
What happens when you block somebody
- Messaging: Neither you nor the person you blocked will be able to message each other.
- Booking rentals: Neither you nor the person you blocked will be able to book cars from one another.
Can you unblock somebody?
