Troubleshooting app or website errors

If you're experiencing an issue with our app or website, here are some common issues and simple steps to help you resolve them quickly. Please try these solutions before reaching out to support, as many users find that these tips address their issues.

1. Login issues

In case you experience you cannot access your profile or has forgotten your password, here are some steps you can take:

  • Check your credentials: Ensure you’re entering the correct email and password or use the correct third party login (Facebook, Apple or Google).

  • Clear cache and cookies: Outdated cache or cookies can prevent you from logging in. Try clearing them and logging in again.
  • Browser update: Ensure your browser is updated or try an alternative browser.

2. App crashes, freezes or other app errors

In case our app crashes, it becomes unresponsive or you experience other functionality errors in the app, here are some things to try out:

  • Close and restart: Close the app completely and reopen it.
  • Restart your phone: A fresh start can clear up many device-related issues.
  • Update the app: Make sure you’re using the latest version of our app. Update it if you are not.
  • Clear app data (Android only): Go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Data.

3. Page load errors on our website

If pages aren’t loading properly, showing blank screens, or partially loading try this:

  • Refresh the page: This can sometimes resolve minor loading issues.
  • Clear cache and cookies: Outdated data can hinder page loading. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  • Update the browser: If you are not running on the latest version of the browser you use, update it.
  • Disable ad-blockers: Occasionally, ad-blockers interfere with site loading. Temporarily disable them to check if it resolves the issue.

4. Phone number used on another profile

If our system says that your phone number is already associated with another profile, it could possibly be due to an old profile or one created with third-party logins (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple). Here is what you could do:

  • Try accessing the old profile: If you suspect this, log in using a third-party account. If you forgot your password, follow the steps to reset it here.
  • Contact our support team: If you’re unable to access the old profile, reach out to our support team here. They can help locate the profile associated with your number or reset the phone number in our systems.

5. Phone number verification SMS is not delivered

In case the verification SMS does not arrive when you try to verify your phone number, try this:

  • Wait and try again: Sometimes, there may be a slight delay. Wait a few minutes, then request the code again.
  • Contact our support: If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team for assistance here.
